Fees and terms

How buying and selling coins on Solana works on Tournament.

What Trade is

Trade lets you buy and sell coins on Solana with your Cash on Solana. A coin you buy lands in your Portfolio, in your own wallet, and a coin you sell comes back to Cash on Solana.

Trade never touches Play. Your Play balance is never used to buy a coin, and a sale never pays into Play.

Our fee

Our fee is 0.5% of each trade (0.05% on SOL), at least $0.95 and at most $90.00. On a sale, our fee can rise to cover the network accounts we pay for you.

The fee you see before you press is the fee on your receipt. On a sale the fee is recorded with the trade, and your receipt shows the fee charged.

The smallest and largest trade

Each trade is at least $5.00.

Your wallet signs for you

Your wallet signs each trade for you when you press, with no pop-up. One press is one trade.

“At least”

Prices move while a trade goes through. “At least” on the ticket is the least you get: if the price moves past it, the trade does not go through and your money stays where it was.

A trade can't be reversed

Once a trade goes through it can't be undone. If a trade does not go through, what you put in comes back: Cash to Cash, coins to your Portfolio.

Coins can lose all their value

Coin prices can rise and fall quickly, and a coin can lose all of its value. Anyone can make a coin with any name, and a coin with little trading can be hard to sell.

Nothing on Trade is advice. Buy only what you can afford to lose.

Who sees your trades

Your trades are public by default. Other players see your username, picture and flag, your buys and sells with their dollar amounts, your P&L and the coins you hold, in Feed, Top traders and your trader page.

You can turn off Show my trades in Who sees your trades at any time. Off, you leave Feed and Top traders, and your trader page shows nothing. Going public again shows your past trades too.

Your Cash and Play balances, your wallet addresses, your transactions and how many coins you hold are never shown.
